  • A Brimsi Bead Favorite!  This beautiful piece stands well alone or can also be layered to create the popular layered look. It pairs beautifully with some of our Shades of Purple pieces and we couldn’t love this piece more! This is a one of a kind necklace that mixes shapes of old and new!  Both the thunderbird and fetishes are inspired by a popular trend of the 1970s but have been around for hundreds of years and have always been popular in the Zuni culture.  The carved bird fetishes are actual circa 70’s and the other beads are new and the outcome is current vintage! It closes in back with a  gold-plated lobster clasp and is a fun addition to any wardrobe and jewelry stack and has endless possibilities to mix and match.  The beading is 14k gold filled but is subtle enough it could be mixed easily with silver accented jewelry.  We LOVE STACKED FANCY!
  • Make sure to check out our other necklaces that coordinate and layer.  We have other culture-inspired pieces but these also coordinate well with many of our Shades of Purple and Horned Frog Game Day necklaces.  Zunis were made popular by the Mogollon and Ancestral Pueblo peoples cultures, who lived in the deserts of New Mexico, Arizona, Utah, and southern Colorado for over two millennia.  Zuni fetishes made from stone and shell are thought to bring good fortune and protection.  We just loved the vintage looks of this culture.
  •  We like to make most of our necklaces around 16′-18″ so they may be extended to layer.   You can purchase all lengths and styles of extenders on amazon or your local bead or arts and crafts store such as Hobby Lobby and layer/stack with endless options!!

Shipping

We hand-pack all items and ship most USPS Priority Mail.

Large items will be shipped Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx depending on size, weight, and shipping location.

OVersized art items that require special handling will indicate shipping cost in item description. 

Alternatively, we offer & encourage local pickup for free if you’re in the Fort Worth area. If you opt for this option, we’ll be in touch to coordinate.

Sizing

Brimsical hats are all unique and mostly stocked in a size medium.  Hat inserts are available to reduce size to small.  Custom orders and sizing available in size Small – X-Large.   Contact us with your ideas and needs and we will be happy to discuss.

These hats are hand-painted and one-of-a-kind. Therefor, sales are final.
